Is Dr. Stephen Wander, DC accepting new patients? Yes – both local and distance (national and international). Patients can be seen in person or via our HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform.
First: You must apply to become a patient. We currently take 24 cases a month out of about 650 applicants a month. We must evaluate you to see if you are a good fit for our program and be successful.
How much will this cost?
- It’s difficult to list an exact amount because different people will require differing amounts of care. Each case is customized to the individual patient and built from the ground up specifically for each patient. The initial visit is to start that process. Testing most likely will be ordered and that is a driver for programming each individual case.
- Office Visits – Dr. Wander, if your case is taken will build a program specifically for you. Depending on the severity of the case, treatment length can range from three months to over a year.
How does the process work?
First: You must apply to become a patient. We will send you documents to fill out so we can become familiar with your previous health history and treatment. To get onto Dr. Wander’s schedule, payment is required to reserve your spot.
Please note: we cannot accept all patients
Second: There will be a call to discuss your case. If Dr. Wander wants to move forward, he will discuss all of these options on the call.
Third: Your first follow up visit – aka your Report of Findings visit. Here is where Dr. Wander will discuss the clinical aspects of your case. If you are a good clinical fit, he will ask qualification questions to make sure you are a good fit. IF YOU HAVE A SPOUSE, LIVE IN BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND, FIANCEE, OR LIFE PARTNER, THEY MUST BE PRESENT ON THIS CALL. NO EXCEPTIONS. DR. WANDER WILL NEED TO EVALUATE THE PERSON TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN SUPPORT YOU PROPERLY.
Fourth: Follow-up visits will be scheduled. Dr. Wander will program your case and the other doctors/practitioners will execute this plan with you. If accepted, our staff will contact you promptly to set up the visits and make your schedule.
